Virtual Implementation Support
Implementation Consulting Group offers opportunity to receive support via distance through webinars, virtual meetings, and conference calls. This service allows for convenience to meet for planning, follow-up discussion, fidelity checks, and evaluation supports.
Implementation Evaluation Support
Effective implementation requires ongoing evaluation of the implementation process. Implementation Consulting Group provides both on-site and virtual meetings to gather data prior to and during implementation, evaluate the practices throughout the process, and determine next steps towards full implementation
Implementation Materials Development Support
The ICG team provides support for the development of necessary materials for implementing evidenced-based programs and practices including templates for establishing instructional expectations, materials to strengthen core or intervention programs as well as forms for assessing fidelity and documenting intervention implementation.
Training/Coaching for Evidence-Based Programs and Practices
Our team will provide training and coaching to support effective use of selected programs and practices. This includes professional development and coaching support for teachers, professional development and coaching of coaches, and coaching and capacity building for leadership teams.
Full Implementation Support
ICG provides full-service implementation for your school administration from initial planning to full implementation. This includes support in applying implementation science throughout the entire process of building a framework so you are ensured successful and sustainable results.
With full implementation support Implementation Consulting Group will provide the type and number of days of support determined necessary based on the scope of your implementation project. This will include days of onsite and virtual support, development of implementation planning, training and coaching, monitoring, and evaluation. Assistance with grant writing support for the implementation project is also available.
